Delete a supplier entry for an inventory item (soft delete). Sets RecStatus to 0 and updates RecStatusModifiedBy and RecStatusDate for the supplier entry and all associated SKUs. If the supplier is a primary supplier, clears the inventory item's primary supplier reference.
