V4 patient orders change feed.

Returns orders whose RecStatus last changed at or after
RecStatusDate, ordered ascending by (RecStatusDate, PatientOrderId), using keyset
pagination. Poll by passing the last returned row's RecStatusDate and
PatientOrderId back as the cursor (RecStatusDate + AfterPatientOrderId); the (date, id)
cursor returns each changed order exactly once even when timestamps tie. Omitting
RecStatus returns all record statuses (including soft-deleted) so deletions are visible.
Same JSON shape as /commands/v4/patientorders/search plus the RecStatus and RecStatusDate fields.

Body Params

The change-feed cursor and filters.

Wire contract for the V4 patient orders change-feed endpoint
(POST /commands/v4/patientorders/byrecstatusdate). Returns orders whose RecStatus last
changed at or after WCTS.Service.IntegrationApi.Controllers.PatientOrders.Contracts.SearchPatientOrdersByRecStatusDateRequestV4.RecStatusDate, ordered by (RecStatusDate, PatientOrderId),
using keyset pagination.

date-time
required

Watermark (required). The first page returns orders with RecStatusDate at or after this
value (because WCTS.Service.IntegrationApi.Controllers.PatientOrders.Contracts.SearchPatientOrdersByRecStatusDateRequestV4.AfterPatientOrderId defaults to 0); subsequent pages return
orders strictly after the (WCTS.Service.IntegrationApi.Controllers.PatientOrders.Contracts.SearchPatientOrdersByRecStatusDateRequestV4.RecStatusDate, WCTS.Service.IntegrationApi.Controllers.PatientOrders.Contracts.SearchPatientOrdersByRecStatusDateRequestV4.AfterPatientOrderId) cursor.

int64

Keyset cursor tiebreaker: the PatientOrderId of the last row from the previous page.
Leave 0 (the default) on the first call. On later calls set it, together with that row's
WCTS.Service.IntegrationApi.Controllers.PatientOrders.Contracts.SearchPatientOrdersByRecStatusDateRequestV4.RecStatusDate, to continue the feed without skipping or repeating rows.

int32 | null

Optional exact RecStatus filter. Omit to return orders of all record statuses,
including soft-deleted (RecStatus = 0), so the feed can detect deletions. When supplied,
only orders with this exact RecStatus are returned. In CareTend, 1 = active, 0 = soft-deleted.

int32 | null

Maximum number of orders to return (page size). Defaults to 100 when omitted or non-positive;
capped at 1000.
