At least one of the DateEntered or ModifiedDate ranges is required. When both are
supplied the result is the union of the two ranges (each instance returned once).
Limits: each supplied date range may span at most 366 days (wider ranges return HTTP 400);
PageSize is capped at 500 (larger values are reduced to 500).
